Our aerospace client is seeking a skilled and driven Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to join their team.


This remote-based position requires candidates to reside within commuting distance of one of our U.S. client sites: Wichita, KS; Grand Prairie, TX; Herndon, VA; or Mobile, AL.

Job Description
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across the organization.
  2. Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including cold outreach and talent networking.
  3. Screen candidates, conduct pre-interviews, and present qualified slates to hiring teams.
  4. Represent Airbus’ employment value proposition to prospective candidates.
  5. Coordinate interview and offer processes in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
  6. Manage recruitment events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
Strategic Workforce Development
  1. Support workforce planning and development initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align recruitment with business needs.
  3. Contribute to talent pipeline development and diversity outreach.
Candidate Experience
  1. Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  2. Provide timely communication, feedback, and support during onboarding.
  3. Promote Airbus culture and values throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
  2. 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and interviewing.
  3. Prior experience in aerospace or related industries is highly preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
  1. Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and recruitment compliance (EEO, FLSA, HIPAA, etc.)
  2. Expertise in online and social media recruiting platforms.
  3. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  6. Experience recruiting in competitive and high-volume environments.
  7. Knowledge of local labor markets and hiring trends.
  8. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions
  1. Remote Work: ~90%
  2. On-site Visits: Occasional, based on location and business need
  3. Travel Requirement: Up to 10–15% domestic travel
  4. Physical Requirements:
  5. Ability to sit, speak, and use a computer for extended periods.
  6. Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs), walking, standing, and use of standard office equipment.
