About The Role

Ford is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will operate independently to resolve complex talent acquisition issues, ensuring fairness and consistency in recruitment practices. You will design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide talent staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, selection, and new hire onboarding. As a subject matter expert, you will consult with leaders across the organization on recruitment strategies, helping to fulfill the talent needs of the company.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with a Master’s degree or 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
  • Experience in developing and managing recruitment systems and collaborating across HR functions
  • Ability to design and develop training programs for hiring managers
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in recruitment-related tools such as HCM and applicant tracking systems

Preferred:

  • Certified Professional in Talent Acquisition (CPTA)
  • Professional Recruiter Certification
  • LinkedIn Certified Professional – Talent Solutions (LTS)
  • Alliance of Information & Referral Systems (AIRS) Certified
Responsibilities
  • Design SOPs and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on market intelligence
  • Serve as the primary administrator for recruitment systems, ensuring integration and compatibility
  • Provide advisory services on recruitment marketing, employer branding, and vendor relations
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize talent acquisition workflows
  • Develop standards and processes for maintaining confidential talent acquisition records
  • Advise senior leadership on recruitment strategies and industry best practices
