Ford is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will operate independently to resolve complex talent acquisition issues, ensuring fairness and consistency in recruitment practices. You will design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide talent staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, selection, and new hire onboarding.
