Job summary

You will drive requirements management, architecture development, and verification activities, while managing risks and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 10+ years of related experience (or Masters + 8 years).
• Demonstrated expertise in Systems Engineering principles and lifecycle.
• Experience in requirements management, derivation, and allocation.
• Experience in system architecture, integration, verification, and validation (V&V).
• Experience developing and executing integration and test plans and analyzing results.
• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, specification, and execution of complex system integration and test activities with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee derivation, decomposition, allocation, tracing of system requirements and architectures.
• Develop and execute integration and test plans, procedures, and test cases.
• Lead milestone reviews and ensure readiness across hardware and software subsystems.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks; contribute to process improvements.
• Communicate effectively to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
