Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Sr Systems Engineer to guide the planning, specification, and execution of complex integration and test activities across hardware and software subsystems. You will lead requirements management, architecture development, and verification efforts to ensure cohesive system performance.

The role requires 10+ years of systems engineering experience, strong communication with cross-functional teams, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years in systems engineering.
• Experience across requirements, architecture, and V&V.
• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and test activities across hardware and software subsystems.
• Derive, decompose, allocate, trace system requirements and architectures.
• Develop and execute integration and test plans, procedures and tests.
• Lead milestone reviews and manage technical risks and dispositions.
