The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, Product Owner (PO) to lead an Agile team supporting the AN/TPY-2 missile defense radar program. The AN/TPY-2 radar is a state-of-the-art missile defense system operating in the X-band, with a proven record of reliability and success in countering ballistic missile threats. This position will be on site in Woburn, MA.
In this role, you will guide a cross-functional team focused on requirements analysis, mission planning, and capability development. You will also evaluate radar data, conduct system performance assessments, and manage system requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical and leadership skills, foster team development, and collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external customers. This role also includes supporting proposal efforts for new business opportunities and ensuring alignment with the team’s financial goals and planning.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
