Genesis10 is currently seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer Consultant with our client in the transportation industry in their Atlanta, GA location. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Description:

Seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer Consultant.

Our client is on a journey to becoming the best IT organization in the airline industry, focusing on transformation and creating innovative solutions. We are looking for team members to help realize this vision.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive device patching compliance, ensuring all devices are up-to-date with security measures and software enhancements.
2. Manage the deployment and management of software across the platform.
3. Oversee application installation, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a secure mobile device environment.
4. Develop and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies on Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch).
5. Deploy, manage, track, and audit Apple MacBook and mobile devices using Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch).
6. Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues on Apple MacBook, Android, and iOS devices.
7. Document and organize operating procedures for device configurations and technical support processes.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience with Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch).
2. 3+ years supporting MacOS, Android Enterprise, and iOS using Workspace One.
3. Experience managing Workspace One infrastructure at scale.
4. Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
5. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
