  • Manage platform security, governance, compliance, access controls, lifecycle management, and information protection requirements.
  • Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex platform issues, driving root cause analysis, service reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Lead vendor relationships, support contract and renewal activities, and coordinate issue resolution with technology providers.
  • Manage software licensing, utilization reporting, compliance, budgeting support, and cost optimization across collaboration platforms.
  • Partner with business, product, security, compliance, infrastructure, and support teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable collaboration services.
  • Drive platform adoption, change management, user enablement, and continuous improvement through analytics, feedback, and best practices.

  • Strong understanding of collaboration platform governance, administration, access controls, lifecycle management, and operational best practices.
  • Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating partner needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience providing Tier III support, troubleshooting complex issues, driving root cause analysis, and coordinating escalations with third-party vendors.
  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS licensing, utilization, vendor relationships, and software asset governance.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
