  • Driving energy monitoring, reporting, auditing, and verification processes aligned with corporate sustainability goals.
  • Guiding asset management decisions based on lifecycle costing, environmental performance, and operational reliability.
  • Leading sustainable building assessments, including certification of carbon-neutral buildings and on-site verifications.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities through sustainable technologies and capital improvements in energy and water usage.
  • Partnering with project managers, facility teams, and external vendors to ensure best practices in environmental design and sustainability.
  • Tracking and reporting performance metrics related to energy consumption, carbon reduction, and asset optimization.
  • Conducting workshops and training on sustainability and energy management for internal stakeholders.
  • Analyzing environmental performance data to identify opportunities and presenting findings in reports.
  • Providing strategic input into CRE planning, including energy procurement, maintenance strategies, and vendor performance.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in sustainability, facilities, or energy management, preferably in a corporate real estate or logistics environment.
  • Experience implementing asset and sustainability programs within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, energy management, and real estate operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of building codes, environmental standards, and carbon offset strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership in driving sustainability programs and engaging stakeholders.

  • The opportunity to work for the world's largest logistics company.
  • An international and virtual work environment.
  • Flexibility and opportunities for learning and development.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
