Sr Supply Chain Contracts Manager - Remote

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Supply Chain Contracts within the Supply Chain Contracts team, this is a strategic role within the Legal, Contracts and Compliance function. This position coordinates with business partners on supply chain contract matters, manages a complex portfolio of supplier contracts, and communicates with supply chain leadership to develop and execute contracts.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Provides guidance to stakeholders on allocated projects.
2. Drafts, negotiates, interprets, and manages complex contract documents for suppliers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Performs analysis and reports to ensure contracts adhere to negotiated parameters and company policies.
4. Negotiates contracts to achieve favorable terms and assesses contractual risks.
5. Collaborates with legal resources and subject matter experts to address risks through contract development.
6. Briefs management on contract status, risks, and contingency plans.
7. Identifies workflow improvements and recommends process enhancements.
8. Tracks and reports key metrics.
9. Represents the organization on legal issues related to contracts and maintains legal records.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of experience; OR
• Advanced Degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience; OR
• In absence of a degree, 13 years of experience.

Additional requirements include:

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with flexible start/end times.
• Overtime: Unlikely, but pre-approval required if needed.
• Remote work; possible temp to perm based on business needs.
• Interviews will be conducted virtually via Zoom.
