Job summary

Henkel Corporation in Detroit is seeking an experienced PMO/Strategy Leader to guide regional business strategies and growth initiatives. You will partner with executive teams to drive performance, deliver analytics, and support strategic decisions across functions.

The role involves leading PMO activities, preparing senior-level materials, and coordinating planning and communications to sustain growth and value creation for the Adhesive Technologies unit.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to develop and monitor business strategies and growth initiatives.
• Oversee governance of KPIs, executive reporting, and strategic action tracking.
• Provide analytical insights from financial, commercial, and market analyses to inform decisions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and decision-support materials.
• Lead PMO activities for strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate governance, planning processes, and communications across leadership and functions.
• Support acquisitions, integrations, due diligence, and synergy tracking as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement of management processes and operating rhythms.

What you´ll do

• Partner with the Head of Automotive Components NAMEX and Leadership Team to support development, execution, and tracking of regional business strategies and growth initiatives.
• Drive business performance management through governance of key KPIs, business reviews, executive reporting, and strategic action tracking.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations through financial, commercial, customer, and market analyses to support business decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
• Lead PMO activities for strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and cross-functional projects to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Coordinate leadership team governance, business planning processes, and organizational communications, including town halls and management meetings.
• Support acquisitions, integrations, and other strategic business development activities, including due diligence, integration governance, and synergy tracking as required.
• Drive continuous improvement of management processes, operating rhythms, and governance frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align priorities and drive execution of business objectives.
• Lead special projects on behalf of regional leadership, supporting growth, transformation, and value-creation initiatives.
