• Ability to build and maintain a world-class team while bringing strong negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate relationships across internal and external partners.
• Deep knowledge of contract development and related legal issues, plus strong project management, a customer-focused mindset, and success in strategy, governance, and organizational structure in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptable, analytical, strategic, execution-oriented with clear communication to cross-functional stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive best-value supplier selection to achieve year-over-year savings on multi-hundred-million spend.
• Lead category management and sourcing across HR, Finance, Tax, Contingent Workforce, Sales, GTM, Benefits, Workplace Services, Facilities, Real Estate, and Security.
• Ensure sourcing enables business value while governing spend and reducing contractual risk for stakeholders.
• Manage, advise, and engage in sourcing and contracting processes including evaluating, negotiating, entering contracts, and renewing supplier relationships.
• Identify and implement sourcing industry trends to advance strategic sourcing excellence.

Job Description

• Drive best value supplierselectionto achieve year over year savings on over $600M spend

• Practice tenured experience in category management andsourcing in areas: HR, Finance, Tax,Contingent Workforce, Sales, GTM, Benefits, Workplace Services, Facilities, Real Estate, Security

• Ensure sourcing serves as a critical enabler and value add to the business, while also governing spend and reducing contractual risk for our business stakeholders in operations

• Manage, advise, and engage in the sourcing and contracting processes including evaluating, negotiating, andentering intocontracts and renewing relationships with suppliers of goods and services.

• Identify,evaluateand implement sourcing industry trends to advance company strategic sourcing excellence

• Strengthen partnerships with business functions across the company to provide valuable consultation.

• Ensure key business partners understand the strategic and tactical direction for sourcing efforts allowing for integration with company and department strategies

• Develop a strong strategic advisor/partner relationship with the legal function to ensure best in class contracting practices are in place globall

Qualifications

• A successful candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in the strategic and operational aspects of sourcing and procurement within a high-growth, dynamic environment, with demonstrated expertise in the Professional Services category and related sub-categories such as IT Services, Contingent Workforce, Consulting, Employee Benefits, Workplace Services, Finance, Tax, Sales, GTM, Facilities, Real Estate, and Security.

• This individual will be equipped to build and maintain a world-class team of employees and service partners, while bringing exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate strong internal and external relationships at all levels.

• The role requires deep knowledge of contract development and related legal issues, strong project management skills, a customer-focused mindset, and demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategy, governance, and structure in a rapidly changing environment.

• The ideal candidate will be adaptable, analytical, strategic, and execution-oriented, with a creative problem-solving approach, a strong track record of influencing and negotiating competing priorities among business partners, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with cross-functional stakeholders and executives.

• A strong grasp of business-oriented financial concepts, financial analysis, budget formulation, and business case development is also required, along with one or more relevant industry designations such as CPP, CPPM, or equivalent; an MBA degree is preferred.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $155,400 - $272,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
