Join us to put AI to work for people.

Job Description

Own the enterprise growth thesis. Define and continuously refresh the company-level answer to where growth comes from over the long range: which markets, which customer segments, which capabilities compound, and what has to be true for each. Own the underlying market work, including TAM and market structure, share and share-shift analysis, and the economics of each growth vector.

Partner closely on the inorganic agenda. Work with Corporate Development and Ventures to shape the acquisition and partnership theses behind priority adjacencies, contributing the market view and build/buy/partner logic that informs where we look and why.

Lead a small number of enterprise strategic initiatives end to end. Drive these initiatives to a decision, working directly with product, GTM, and finance leadership.

Drive the executive and Board strategy narrative. Author the strategic content for Board meetings and executive offsites.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience spanning top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equity and in-house corporate strategy at scale

Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-level strategy at a company of meaningful complexity, ideally $5B+ in revenue or a comparable multi-product portfolio

Deep fluency in enterprise software and subscription economics: ARR mechanics, net expansion, cohort behavior, platform versus point-solution dynamics, and how AI is reshaping all of them

A track record of building the case for a decision that was actually made, not just recommended

Experience contributing to acquisition theses alongside a corporate development function

Direct exposure to Board and CEO-level audiences, with writing and verbal communication to match

The ability to lead through influence across senior functional leaders who do not report to you

A demonstrated bias toward taking a position. We are hiring someone who will disagree with us productively.

Preferred

Prior experience leading a corporate strategy function through a similar shift from functional to enterprise scope

Exposure to venture investing or corporate venture capital

Advanced degree in business, economics, or a quantitative field
