About Our Group
The Edge Datacenter Marketing group is responsible for enabling a successful Go-To-Market motion, focusing on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability across the portfolio. The team works cross-functionally to define business strategies and set market leadership directions across Edge Datacenter verticals, including Exos Enterprise, Ironwolf NAS, and Skyhawk Video product lines.

About The Role - You Will
As a Product Marketing lead, your primary responsibility will be to develop product launch plans and introduce products to the market. The role requires quick decision-making, collaboration with teams such as creative services, segment leaders, channel marketers, operations, engineering, and customer care. You will own product marketing activities and serve as the voice of the product for Edge Data Center Devices.

Requirements And Scope

  • Product Positioning: Develop and implement strategies to differentiate products in the market.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand consumer needs and preferences.
  • Brand Management: Manage and enhance the brand image through marketing campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and sales.
  • Storytelling: Create compelling stories about the product to engage stakeholders.
  • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction for marketing materials, including guides, web pages, and packaging.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer insights to inform strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Convey complex ideas simply and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute strategic plans for product success.

About You

  • Strong presentation skills and a passion for storytelling.
  • A sense of humor and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; CoPilot experience is a plus.

Your Experience Includes

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and visual mock-ups/video creation are bonuses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent; Master's degree is a plus.

Location: Remote United States (eligible states listed)

The salary range is $137,000 - $200,000, based on location, skills, and experience. Seagate offers comprehensive benefits including bonuses, insurance, 401(k), stock purchase plan, paid time off, and parental leave.
