• Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location.

    • Zone A: $153,000 - $194,000
    • Zone B: $145,400 - $184,300
    • Zone C: $138,000 - $174,000
  • Canada (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
    • 174,000 - 220,000

For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’smarket location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

As a Senior Solutions Engineer you’ll …

• Support 2-3 Enterprise Account Executives & multiple strategic deals simultaneously, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery.
• Guide Enterprise customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements.
• Partner with both the Account Executives and potential customers through deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development.
• Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges.
• Influence product direction by representing the customer voice while working with product, marketing and sales.
• Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives that are key to advancing Webflow’s mission of bringing development superpowers to everyone.

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Senior Solutions Engineer, if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, specifically selling to large Enterprise customers
• Take a consultative approach and are passionate about helping customers solve problems
• Possess advanced Webflow product knowledge with additional awareness of third-party app integrations that extend the value of the Webflow platform
• Consistently demonstrate strong storytelling skills within the context of discovery and/or product demo sessions
• Enjoy working autonomously, creatively, and kindly with your teammates while empowering and supporting those around you
• Practice radical candor with your colleagues to communicate clearly. You can start from the common ground as a great listener and work towards creative solutions with others.
• Have excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills.
