We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Staff Product Manager to join our Software Technology Solutions R&D team based in San Diego or remotely with occasional travel.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, owning the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cloud-based software platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, align features with measurable outcomes, and work closely with clinical, legal, regulatory, and customer support teams to ensure product readiness and regular releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Leadership: Provide strategic direction to the product team and scrum team throughout the product lifecycle.
• Product Definition: Develop clear product and feature scope documents to guide specifications and architecture.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keep clients and collaborators informed on product status and lead release plans.
• Strategic Planning: Conduct market research and analysis to inform product requirements and business strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with hardware and software teams, manage customer experience trade-offs, and resolve issues proactively.
• Project Management & Dependency Oversight: Lead in mitigating impediments, managing change, and coordinating dependencies for successful releases.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in Product Management or related roles.
• Experience with PaaS or SaaS products.
• 3+ years in people management.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, APIs, and developer tools.
• Experience with Agile practices and tools (e.g., Aha!, Jira).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
