Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative automation security products, focusing on optimizing efficiency in security operation workflows.
• Serve as the end-to-end product solution technical owner.
• Maintain ownership with a cross-platform and ecosystem perspective.
• System integration, stakeholder communication, and defining solutions to implement business strategies and processes.
• Develop and maintain workflow management frameworks to facilitate effective low-code automation processes.
• Develop and maintain big data platform and infrastructure management frameworks to improve stability, scalability, and observability of the product.
• Participate actively in customer activities to understand needs, address product issues, and investigate challenging problems to enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with the Machine Learning team to design and implement natural language generative-AI automation solutions.
• Work with diverse teams to develop seamless integration of automation solutions with third-party systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in low-code platforms and automation technologies.
• Contribute hands-on engineering expertise, demonstrating leadership in both strategy and execution.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and skill development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing low-code automation products.
• 5+ years of experience with technical leadership and end-to-end product architecture.
• 5+ years of experience with big data platform design, implementation, and management.
• Strong knowledge of workflow management and implementation techniques.
• Proficiency in programming and ability to learn new languages quickly.
• Experience with AI tools and engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, OCI, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with micro-service technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts).
• Familiarity with tools like Airflow, n8n, Node-Red, Huginn, Beehive, Conductor, Temporal, IFTTT, Zapier is a plus.
• Experience in security automation or familiarity with SOAR platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
