Role Overview The Technical Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to craft and implement optimal solutions for our LATAM customers, representing Salesforce expertise and applying standard processes. The role requires providing end-to-end system architecture solutions and managing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities Work with Salesforce account teams to ensure customer success

Act as a Trusted Advisor and SME for clients

Guide implementation projects to follow Salesforce methodologies and align with product roadmaps

Deliver technical consulting, including workshops, reviews, training, development, and support

Assess business and technical requirements and translate them into solutions

Lead planning, organization, and leadership within project teams

Continuously develop expertise in Salesforce Industries Platform Cloud and related technologies

Contribute to thought leadership and share knowledge within the Salesforce community

Candidate Profile Essential : Proven consulting or professional services experience, excellent communication skills (Spanish and English intermediate level), teamwork, problem-solving ability, and technical skills in cloud platforms and integrations.

Preferred Skills :

Customer-facing consulting experience

Agile methodology experience
