Job summary

HappyGlobal Service is seeking a senior mechanical design engineer to lead battery-pack mechanical design from concept through production launch. You will own architecture, CAD models, drawings, interfaces, validation plans, and manufacturing readiness.

You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical risks, guide design reviews and DFMEA, and deliver safe, durable, production-ready hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of relevant hardware development experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Hands-on CAD and drawing experience; GD&T; manufacturing; validation; battery safety

Job description

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline and typically 10+ years of relevant experience, including ownership of complex hardware through a complete development cycle. Candidates need substantial hands‑on CAD and drawing experience, expertise in mechanical design, GD&T, manufacturing, validation, and battery safety, plus demonstrated technical leadership; a master's degree is preferred.
