Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Staff, IT Programs to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will drive enterprise technology program execution across a complex, mission-driven environment. You will lead coordination of major IT program initiatives, ensuring cost, schedule, and delivery expectations are managed with discipline. The position partners closely with IT service owners and business stakeholders to advance deployment readiness, resolve risks, and keep multiple workstreams aligned.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $161,300 - $299,500 annually
