Job summary

Gigamon is seeking an engineering technician to support prototype selection, bring-up, and qualification. You will manage prototypes with HW, SW, and manufacturing teams, perform basic lab rework, and help ensure environmental and compliance testing is current.

The role involves creating documentation, MTBF data, and manuals, while collaborating across disciplines and learning new areas of product development. An associate degree or higher is expected.

What You’ll Do

• Support in creating all product related documentation, including compliance certificates, MTBF and product manuals.
• Provide support with product sustaining by helping create test setups and scripts to help triage failures.

Who You Are

• Strong engineering technician with an associate degree and 6-8 years of lab experience looking to grow into a broader, more technical role, or an entry level with a degree in electrical engineering and hands on lab experience.

The base salary compensation range targeted for this role is expected to be between $92,000 - $115,000 (subject to terms and conditions of the plan). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
