Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of cumulative experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience with an Associate's/Bachelor's degree or 5 years of specific experience required.
  • Leadership or management experience preferred (2 years).

Responsibilities

Coordinates and drives completion of work products across multiple teams on special projects including:

  • Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures
  • Assist Process and Technology Managers with project intake and discovery
  • Ability to navigate in ambiguous situations
  • High collaboration to work across their internal team, extended team and others

Responsibilities

  • Consult & Coordinate with any necessary resources to provide data and deliverables:
    • Contract research for Finance & contract & P.O. submission
    • Application questions from DOs, PMs or workstream leads, etc.
    • Analysis of impacted ideas, demands, projects as needed
  • Responsible to Coordinate and / or complete
    • Discovery deliverables (data, retirement and archival)
    • Workbook updates
Complexity Of Work:

  • Within areas of responsibility, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Preferred Credential(s):

Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
