POSITION SUMMARY: The Installation Project Coordinator III will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team at 3rd Eye to maximize capacity, efficiency, and profitability. You will manage staff and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations. Working closely with installation technicians, project coordinators, and project managers, you will complete jobs on time and within budget, helping achieve the company's financial goals. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE: Work in a supervisory capacity and as a mentor to the Project Coordinator I and II roles. Have a complete understanding of the installation lifecycle. Provide retouch support for the Project Managers. Track and schedule return visits for deficient installations and retouches. Provide project support for Key Accounts and major rollouts. Proficient JDE knowledge. Proficient Sales Force knowledge. Open and Create Orders in JDE and Sales Force. Maintain and adjust pending orders to support the Project Management team. Manage parts tracking. Provide project details to the project managers. Manage and Assess the Field Returns Process, utilizing the data for Project Reconciliation. Create vendor purchase orders. Work with Project Managers to process and approve vendor invoices. Work under the Project Managers to adopt and improve the current Project Management process and procedures. Work within the Sales Force Field Service framework to assist with project dispatching Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. Determining and documenting project changes. Providing administrative support to the project managers and team leadership as needed. Undertaking project tasks as required. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Provide back-office support for Project Managers while they are remote at project/customer site. Up to 25% travel is required for this role. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline, business administration, or related is preferred or relevant experience. Requires ability to understand general arithmetic. Speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal and external relations. Understand difficult written and verbal instructions. Requires the ability to read written instructions, correspondence, and other documentation, as well as operate office equipment such as computers and printers. Proficient with data processing applications, including Microsoft Excel. Proficient JDE knowledge. Previous experience with Sales Force Technical knowledge of parts and products. Requires normal attention with periods of high concentration intermittently to input product and parts orders into computer and insure computer information backup.
