Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Assists in design, execution, contracting and budgeting of clinical application systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzes complex business and competitive issues and discerns the implications for systems support.
  2. Performs analyses to resolve issues, including analysis of the technical requirements.
  3. Manages vendor relationships.
  4. Balances and negotiates the needs of multiple users and communicates the business advantages of various technical solutions.
  5. Manages customer expectations and ensures prompt and complete customer service.
  6. Develops expert understanding of applications.

Complexity of Work:

Within the scope of the job, it requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Healthcare applications experience preferred

Contracting and invoicing experience preferred

Experience in Lab or Pharmacy preferred

Requirements

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
