Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr Sourcing Manager to lead supplier sourcing and negotiations across the product lifecycle within the Energy & Utilities space. You will partner with cross-functional teams to standardize sourcing processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen supplier performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, supply chain, or engineering.
• 7 years in high-volume manufacturing or sourcing environments.
• 7 years direct supply chain management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a consumer electronics company.
• Familiarity with world-class sourcing methods and tools.
• Strong analytical skills including cost modeling and quotation analysis.

This role will own supplier sourcing and commercial negotiations across the product lifecycle, with a strong focus on cost, quality, and continuity of supply. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to standardize sourcing and supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen supplier performance. The position also plays a key role in managing risk, influencing supplier technology direction, and supporting broader operational goals.
