Ladders is seeking a Procurement Sr Manager to lead a large procurement team and drive day-to-day execution across staffing, training, performance management, and task coordination. The role partners with business stakeholders to support local, regional, and global sourcing efforts while helping ensure disciplined contract and supplier management in a complex, service-oriented environment.

Remote role for US-based candidates, with compensation ranging from $140,000 to $165,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5-8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certification, or eligibility required
• Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance measurement preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and impact performance
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
• Advanced math skills for complex calculations

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a large team, including training, development, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish schedules, and manage task assignments
• Develop and support policies, procedures, and organizational materials
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to execute local, regional, and global procurement strategies
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts for large service procurements
• Oversee contract management processes, including terminations, extensions, and renewals
• Manage supplier certifications and conduct performance reviews at supplier locations

For our client, we are seeking a Procurement Sr Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will lead a large procurement team and drive day-to-day execution across staffing, training, performance management, and task coordination. The position will partner with business stakeholders to support local, regional, and global sourcing efforts while helping ensure disciplined contract and supplier management in a complex, service-oriented environment. It is well suited for a strategic procurement leader who can balance operational oversight with cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $165,000 annually
