Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Workday Developer to design, build, and implement custom solutions within Financials and Human Capital Management.

You will create integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio, develop reports and dashboards, and collaborate with Finance, HR and IT to deliver scalable, high‑quality Workday solutions while mentoring junior teammates and staying current with Workday releases and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
  • 4–7 years of Workday development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Financials and HCM modules.
  • Workday certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Workday solutions for Financials and HCM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specs for integrations, reports, and extensions.
  • Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio; ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics leveraging Workday reporting tools.
  • Lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for Workday Financials and HCM; ensure release management best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and analysts; mentor team members.
