Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping web applications.
• Expertise in .NET / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Web API.
• Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS proficiency.
• REST API design and SQL Server relational data modeling.
• PowerShell scripting for identity and directory automation.
• Automating against Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Ability to work independently in a complex enterprise environment within a fixed contract timeline.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure, enterprise web apps with .NET on backend and Angular on frontend.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices integrating with AD, Entra ID, and identity platforms.
• Automate onboarding and lifecycle management for non-human identities.
• Implement RBAC-based access models with time-bound and just-in-time membership.
• Automate governance, compliance, and reporting for AD/Entra ID.
• Collaborate with identity engineers and document runbooks and technical docs.
