Job summary

Interclypse Inc. is hiring a Senior IAM Developer in Maryland to architect, develop, and maintain enterprise IAM for state applications, including the Consumer Portal and One Application.

You will implement SSO across platforms, RBAC policies, and privileged access management with enterprise-grade IAM tools. You will work on integrating Microsoft Entra ID, Forgerock, and AWS IAM Identity Center, automate lifecycle processes, and apply AI-driven security controls while guiding DevSecOps practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in systems engineering with 5+ years IAM-focused leadership.
• Proven enterprise IAM design and implementation experience for public-facing apps.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM across Maryland Benefits apps.
• Implement SSO (SAML/OIDC/OAuth) to federate across portals and applications.
• Design RBAC, PAM, and integrate with Entra ID, Forgerock, and AWS IAM Identity Center.
• Automate identity lifecycle and provisioning with SailPoint; implement MFA and AI security controls.
• Guide DevSecOps practices and CI/CD IAM components; mentor teams.
