Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Dallas, TX seeks a Support Engineer – Security to help deploy secure access management at scale. You will work with customers and internal teams to adopt new security products, refine configurations, and align with security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience supporting internal or external customers on critical security initiatives.
• Automation scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar).
• SQL scripting experience.
• Understanding of security engineering fundamentals (secure development, cloud security, and application security).
• Hands-on experience using and/or securing AWS services.
• Results-oriented, high energy, and self-motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering solutions to ambiguous technical security challenges.

Responsibilities

• You will play a key role in supporting programs that deliver new and innovative approaches to securing access management at massive scale.
• You'll work directly with internal and external customers to help them adopt new security products, refine platform configurations, and ensure alignment with the latest security standards.
• You'll contribute to best practices, drive automation and bulk remediation efforts whenever possible, and serve as the point of contact for guidance, support, and mentorship for fellow engineers.
