Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join a leader in Healthcare technology. This remote role focuses on shaping software solutions powering healthcare operations, emphasizing reliability, security, and performance across the stack.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and disciplined development practices are essential. Qualified candidates will have 10+ years in OO development, strong Microsoft tech experience, Azure cloud and REST APIs, and NUnit testing.

Qualifications

• Ten years of object-oriented software development and maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Razor Pages, and React.js UI.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure Cosmos DB and NoSQL databases.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Math or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Agile DevOps processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure security and compliance with PCI and HIPAA standards.
• Perform unit, functional, and automated testing before launch.
• Develop design patterns and standards for software.
• Create and maintain documentation for software processes.
• Participate in refactoring efforts and adoption of new technologies.
• Provide ongoing support and performance optimization for application solutions.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will help shape and support software solutions that power critical healthcare operations in a remote environment. The engineer will partner closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable, secure applications and improve the performance, maintainability, and quality of the technology stack. Strong experience with modern Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and disciplined development practices will be essential to success in this role.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,165 – $158,617 annually

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Agile DevOps processes throughout the software development lifecycle

Qualifications
