Ladders is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This remote US-based role focuses on building modern front-end experiences that scale enterprise software.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric features, strengthen engineering standards, and shape the front-end's technical direction. You will mentor peers, improve performance, accessibility, and code quality, and contribute to architecture

Qualifications

• 10+ years of front-end development experience with production web applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with state management patterns such as Redux.
• Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and solid testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable front-end solutions using React.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define user-centric features.
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to a design system.
• Ensure code quality through best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed, reliability, and responsiveness.

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will focus on building modern front-end experiences that support scalable, reliable enterprise software. You will partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric capabilities, strengthen engineering standards, and help shape the technical direction of the front-end stack. The position also includes mentoring peers and improving performance, accessibility, and code quality across the application.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $170,000 annually

Responsibilities
