For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will lead a software engineering organization responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality technology solutions that support critical healthcare operations. The Senior Manager will partner closely with Product Management and cross-functional stakeholders to shape roadmaps, strengthen architecture, and drive execution across cloud-based environments. The position also emphasizes team leadership, process improvement, and the adoption of modern engineering practices that improve speed, reliability, and business outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $220,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to enhance performance
