Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape cloud and application architecture for complex healthcare technology initiatives, with a focus on scalable, interoperable solutions.

It will partner closely with IT staff, technical committees, and stakeholders to align architecture decisions with roadmap priorities and evolving standards. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or mathematics, or equivalent experience; an additional four years of experience may substitute for education
• Solutions Architecture Certification, Azure preferred
• Minimum seven years in IT design, development, and support
• Experience managing enterprise application development projects end-to-end
• Expertise in application solution architecture design and complex distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of diverse data types and software development disciplines
• Minimum two years of healthcare industry experience, including X12 payer transaction sets

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members supporting digital products and technology initiatives
• Lead technology planning and implementation for complex platforms across IT staff and committees
• Share best practices while updating technical architecture requirements
• Perform hands‑on solution architecture design and participate in design/code reviews
• Ensure technology platform solutions align with their corresponding roadmaps
• Review and interpret HL7 standards for interoperability to meet requirements
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to address evolving standards‑based messaging

For our client, we are seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape cloud and application architecture for complex healthcare technology initiatives, with a focus on scalable, interoperable solutions. The position will partner closely with IT staff, technical committees, and stakeholders to align architecture decisions with roadmap priorities and evolving standards. It also combines hands‑on design leadership with mentoring and governance to support strong platform delivery and long‑term technical direction.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,399 – $191,926 annually
