Job summary

DUAL North America, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to design, develop, and install software solutions. Hybrid work arrangement with 5–10% travel; salary range $150,000–$160,000; reports to SVP Application Development.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, writing code in .NET and Java languages, and delivering high-quality software following SDLC and modern architectural patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer.
• Experience designing interactive SOA applications in a cloud-based environment.
• Ability to develop software in C# .NETCore or other programming languages.
• Excellent knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases including SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure COSMOS databases is a plus.
• Experience developing web applications using Angular, Node .NET frameworks.
• Experience with test-driven development and Azure serverless architecture.

Role overview DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team that will design, develop, and install software solutions. Responsibilities include gathering technical requirements from user stories, defining system functionality, and writing code in various languages like .NET and Java programming languages (e.g. C# or JScript.NET.). Our ideal candidate is experienced in the Agile software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to automated tests and deployment. The role of the Software Engineer is to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and application level architectural design patterns.

Requirements

• Excellent written, verbal and client-facing communication skills

• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Travel required 0-10% of the time
• Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the workday to perform tasks in a remote, home-office setting.
