Job summary

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to design, develop, and install software solutions. You will gather requirements from user stories, define system functionality, and write code in C# and Java within a modern SDLC.

The ideal candidate has experience in Agile SDLC, SOA in cloud environments, and working with SQL Server and Azure Cosmos DB; hybrid work in Atlanta, GA is available.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer.
Experience designing interactive SOA applications in a cloud-based environment.

Responsibilities

Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC).
Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
Write well-designed, testable code.
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
Document and maintain software functionality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
Comply with project plans and industry standards.
Ensure software is updated with latest features.

Role overview

Our ideal candidate is experienced in the Agile software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to automated tests and deployment. The role of the Software Engineer is to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and application level architectural design patterns.
