Job summary

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to design, develop, and install software solutions. The role requires SDLC expertise, strong coding skills in C#/.NET Core and Java-like languages, and experience with Angular, Node, and cloud services.

The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid Atlanta environment, collaborating across teams, gathering requirements from user stories, and delivering high-quality software that adheres to standards and architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer.
• Experience designing interactive SOA applications in a cloud-based environment.
• Ability to develop software in C#/.NET Core or other programming languages.
• Excellent knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases including SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure Cosmos databases is a plus.
• Experience developing web applications using Angular/Node/.NET frameworks.
• Experience with test-driven development.
• Experience with AZURE serverless architecture.
• Proficiency in software engineering tools.
• Excellent written, verbal and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
• Write well-designed, testable code.
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
• Document and maintain software functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
• Comply with project plans and industry standards.
• Ensure software is updated with latest features.
