Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Soarian Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing expert support and consulting services for our Soarian Revenue Cycle Management system, interacting with departments such as patient accounting, scheduling, registration, and third-party applications.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant revenue cycle experience
• At least 3 years of experience in an IS Healthcare setting
• Experience with 2 full lifecycle implementations
• Minimum of 3 years of Soarian application experience
• At least 3 years of HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle experience
• Ability to troubleshoot Soarian interfaces and third-party applications

Additional Skills

Strong organization, customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with industry-specific systems and tools are preferred.

Accountabilities

Customer service, teamwork and project management, solution design, performance improvement, technical support, report generation, training, and on-call duties.
