Job Details

We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Soarian Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team. This role offers an opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced Tech Services environment. Responsibilities include providing expert support and consulting for our Soarian Revenue Cycle Management system, with extensive interaction across departments such as patient accounting, scheduling, registration, and third-party applications.

Minimum Education/Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant revenue cycle experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IS Healthcare setting
• Experience with 2 full lifecycle implementations (scoping, requirements, design, development, testing, go-live support)
• At least 3 years of Soarian Application experience
• Must have at least 3 years HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle experience

Additional Skills and Responsibilities

• Ability to troubleshoot Soarian interfaces and third-party applications
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Customer service focus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with systems like 3M, PBAR, MedSeries4, Change Healthcare, nThrive, Patient Keeper is a plus

Accountabilities

• Customer Service: handle questions, concerns, and tickets professionally
• Teamwork and Project Management: assist in project planning and execution
• Solution Design and Development: analyze needs and develop solutions
• Performance Improvement: participate in and promote system and process improvements
• Technical Skills: support system activities and maintain industry knowledge
• Reports & Analytics: generate standard and custom reports
• Training: educate staff and support system rollouts
• Other Duties and On-Call: fulfill responsibilities as needed
