Job Details

We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Soarian Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced Tech Services environment. You will provide expert-level support and consulting services for our Soarian Revenue Cycle Management system, interacting extensively with departments such as patient accounting, scheduling, registration, and third-party applications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant revenue cycle experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an healthcare IS setting
• Experience with 2 full lifecycle implementations
• At least 3 years of Soarian application experience
• At least 3 years HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle experience

Additional Skills

• Ability to troubleshoot Soarian interfaces and third-party applications
• Good organization skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with systems like 3M, PBAR, MedSeries4, Change Healthcare, nThrive, Patient Keeper is a plus

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Address questions, concerns, and enhancement requests professionally.
• Teamwork & Project Management: Assist in establishing project goals, monitor progress, and lead small/medium projects.
• Solution Design & Development: Analyze needs and develop solutions, formulate scope, and recommend improvements.
• Performance Improvement & Innovation: Participate in performance activities, pursue business transformation, and act as a subject matter expert.
• Technical Skills & Industry Knowledge: Support system activities, maintain knowledge of best practices, and stay current with technology.
• Reports & Analytics: Generate standard and custom reports.
• Training: Train staff and support new system implementations.
• Other Duties & On-Call: Fulfill on-call requirements and other assigned duties.
