Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Senior Soarian Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing expert-level support and consulting services for our Soarian Revenue Cycle Management system, with interaction across various departments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant revenue cycle experience
• Minimum 3 years in IS Healthcare setting
• Experience with 2 full lifecycle implementations
• Minimum of 3 years Soarian Application Experience
• At least 3 years HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle experience

Skills & Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Soarian interface and third-party applications
• Organize and prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with industry tools like 3M, PBAR, MedSeries4, etc., is a plus

Accountabilities

• Customer Service: handle questions, concerns, and tickets professionally
• Teamwork & Project Management: assist in project planning and execution
• Solution Design & Development: analyze needs and develop solutions
• Performance Improvement: participate in and promote process improvements
• Technical Skills: support system activities and maintain industry knowledge
• Reports & Analytics: generate and develop reports
• Training: instruct staff and support system rollouts
• Other Duties & On-Call: fulfill additional responsibilities as needed
