Duties and Responsibilities

• Over 9 years of civil land development project experience.
• Leadership of engineering and planning teams.
• Project management, including team growth and development.
• Development and management of large private projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Proposal development, contract management, and billing.
• Strong civil land development design knowledge.
• PE or Landscape Architecture License required.
• Technical proposal preparation and team assembly.
• Staff training and development.
• Complete civil design packages, coordinate multiple disciplines.
• Oversee plans, specifications, estimates, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain local client contacts and business development.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 9-14 years of professional experience.
• Professional certification preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required.

Performance Expectations

• Complete annual training and mentorship.
• Develop client relationships and solicit feedback.
• Ensure project safety, quality, and budget adherence.
• Manage project teams and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Regular reporting and performance reviews.
• Coordinate site visits, data collection, preliminary design, and technical interpretation.
