Overview

The Senior SharePoint Developer will support ITA by designing, developing, and maintaining custom SharePoint solutions tailored to agency needs. Responsibilities include customizing SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications to improve business processes and collaboration, utilizing tools like SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Platform. The role also involves integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, and Power BI, supporting key projects like ITA Connect and the Privacy Shield project using ReactJS, .NET Core, and SPFx.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Customize and optimize workflows, automation, and applications with Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Lead the Privacy Shield project, utilizing ReactJS, .NET Core, and SPFx for compliance and security.
• Support and enhance the ITA Connect Application with SharePoint solutions.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services for seamless collaboration.
• Develop and manage Azure-based containerized applications, including Kubernetes clusters and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are met per ITA policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing SharePoint applications and integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in custom SharePoint application development.
• Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Strong experience with .NET, ReactJS, and Graph API.
• Experience with Azure Containers, Kubernetes (K8), and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Ability to develop secure, scalable, high-performance SharePoint solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of SharePoint architecture and governance.
• Microsoft 365 Certified : Teamwork Administrator Associate (required within 45 days).
• Microsoft 365 Certified : Fundamentals (required within 45 days).

Preferred Certifications

• Additional certifications in Azure, DevOps, or SharePoint administration are a plus.

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
