About the opportunity

At Jerry, we've redefined car ownership through our innovative digital solutions. Now, we're expanding with Propelix, our new subsidiary focused on creating a SaaS platform for building and testing advanced chatbots and voice bots.

We're seeking a purpose-driven Senior Engineer to join our Chatbot Team at Propelix, where you'll develop a platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and optimize AI-powered conversation solutions without extensive technical expertise.

This role involves participation in all product development phases—from user communication and requirements gathering to development and deployment. You will also contribute as a product designer and planner, immersed in our vibrant geek culture.

Our ideal candidate loves solving complex problems with stable, scalable solutions. A passion for elegant software design and a deep understanding of modern ecosystems will help us push the boundaries of Large Models (LLMs).

How you will make an impact

• Develop new features for our chatbot/voicebot SaaS platform while maintaining high engineering standards
• Build tools to simplify chatbot creation, testing, and optimization for clients
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to improve user experience for non-technical customers
• Apply your understanding of LLMs to optimize conversation flows and responses
• Help shape Propelix as a leading SaaS solution in conversational AI
• Support junior engineers and foster continuous learning

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time software development experience with a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science
• Strong foundation in software principles and algorithms
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages (primarily JavaScript, React, Node.js — not required to know all)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)
• Proficiency in JavaScript and clean coding practices
• Deep understanding of code performance, scalability, and troubleshooting
• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web applications
• Startup experience at a high-growth company (nice to have)

Bonus points for LLM experience, CI/CD knowledge, React proficiency, and open-source contributions!
