Chime, a leading financial technology company, is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to drive the company’s organic growth strategy. The role emphasizes leadership in SEO initiatives across traditional and AI-powered search channels, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits in a dynamic work environment.
We’re looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead the evolution of Chime’s organic growth strategy within our Growth team. In this role, you’ll own and scale SEO across both traditional search engines and the rapidly shifting landscape of AI-powered discovery — driving acquisition through high-impact, content-led strategies. You’ll be the strategic driver of SEO initiatives that directly impact Chime’s bottom line. You’ll partner with the content team to build scalable systems and experiment boldly to keep Chime ahead of the curve in how people find and engage with our brand.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,050 and up to $180,600. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
