Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Sr. Manager, SEO + GEO based in the United States to lead innovative search strategies for B2B tech and services brands.

You will blend deep technical SEO with GEO practices, shape strategy, oversee complex projects, mentor colleagues, and partner with multidisciplinary teams to improve discoverability and authority across content, web, social, and paid media.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in SEO with complex client programs.
• GEO/AEO expertise with AI-generated answers
• Deep technical SEO knowledge and ability to translate to developers
• Strategic judgment connecting data to marketing goals
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools
• Ability to learn clients’ products, audiences, and platforms
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proactive problem-solving and client focus
• Familiarity with responsible AI use and validation practices
• Collaborative, fast-paced agency mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop SEO and GEO strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee multiple client workstreams and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead technical audits and partner with web teams for fixes.
• Conduct keyword, prompt, and audience research for insights.
• Guide content optimization and briefs to boost organic reach.
• Measure performance and report on organic visibility and conversions.
• Advise clients and explain complex concepts clearly to leadership.
• Collaborate across PR, content, social, paid media, web and analytics teams.
• Coach colleagues on research, GEO methods, and performance interpretation.
• Coordinate execution with account leads, maintaining accountability.
• Apply AI responsibly and validate sources before recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying current with search trends.
