Job summary
Motorola Solutions seeks a Senior SEO/GEO Strategist to lead the evolution of our search strategy across traditional channels, AI search engines and emerging experiences. You will own strategic SEO programs, run data-driven experiments and collaborate with Marketing, Content, Web Development and Analytics to maximize organic growth for global security solutions.
The role requires 5+ years in B2B SEO, hands-on technical SEO, and strong communication skills to translate complex data into business
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional SEO experience in a B2B environment.
- Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword research.
- Hands-on experience with AI and emerging search experiences.
- Experience with SEO analytics tools (GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, GA4, Screaming Frog).
- CRM experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own strategic SEO and GEO roadmaps across domains and markets.
- Lead high-impact SEO/GEO initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Identify and prioritize SEO initiatives across on-site, off-site, technical, and new swimlanes.
- Design and run advanced SEO experiments to uncover trends and wins.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Web Development, UX and Analytics to track KPIs and drive growth.
