Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a Digital Content Marketing Manager to lead enterprise-wide content strategy, boosting discoverability, engagement, and conversion across brand sites, retailer platforms, and AI-powered search experiences.

You will own SEO, AEO, and AI Visibility programs, guide content launches, ratings and reviews, and collaborate with brand, ecommerce, technology, regulatory, and legal teams to ensure accurate, consistent content that drives business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing or related field.
• 7–10 years in digital marketing, ecommerce, SEO, or related discipline.
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, content optimization, and digital analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise digital content strategy across brand websites, retailer platforms, digital shelf environments, and AI-powered search experiences.
• Lead SEO, AEO, and AI Visibility strategy, roadmaps, agency direction, and performance reporting.
• Manage external agencies and technology partners supporting content optimization.
• Establish digital content standards covering product descriptions, SEO/AEO copywriting, enhanced content, brand shop content, imagery, and metadata.
• Oversee creation and optimization of new product content, enhanced content strategies, and retailer-specific assets to improve search visibility, engagement, and conversion.
• Manage website content workflows and optimization priorities, collaborating with brand teams to implement content, structural, and technical recommendations.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for content launches, ensuring approvals, dependencies, and retailer requirements are addressed.
• Define digital content and AI Visibility KPIs, analyze performance using platforms such as Profound and Profitero, and present actionable recommendations and executive-level reports.
• Lead digital shelf optimization initiatives using analytics to improve search rankings, content completeness, enhanced content coverage, image quality, and conversion performance.
• Monitor emerging trends in digital content, retail platforms, SEO, AEO, and AI-powered search, translating opportunities into scalable standards and action plans.
• Provide strategic direction and support to the DAM/PIM Specialist responsible for content operations, syndication, digital asset management, product information governance, and existing-content updates.
• Lead ratings and reviews strategy across brands, working with internal teams and platform providers to increase review volume, improve content quality, monitor consumer sentiment, and use feedback to strengthen discoverability, conversion, and brand performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, procedures, and operational requirements, including equal employment opportunity, harassment prevention, safety, and financial controls.
• Perform other duties related to the role as required by management.
