  • Review contractor submittals and shop drawings for compliance with design intent and applicable standards.
  • Partner with project managers, engineers, and consultants to align technical design with project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Participate in and lead coordination meetings with internal teams, architects, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical input during project scoping, design development, and construction administration phases.
  • Support client relationships through technical responsiveness and professional delivery.
Quality, Standards & Growth
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Faith Group design standards, templates, and best practices.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and supporting staff.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, manufacturer offerings, and industry trends in physical security.
  • Support business development activities including proposal contributions, scope development, and client presentations as needed.
