Job summary

Faith Group, LLC seeks a Sr. Security Designer to lead the planning, design, and documentation of complex electronic security systems. This role delivers full cycle design packages, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and perimeter systems, across multiple projects.

Remote position, candidates must be in the Eastern or Central Time Zones. You will mentor junior designers, support business development, and help ensure design standards and construction documents meet

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electronic security systems design on complex projects.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Security Technology, or related field.
• PSP/CPP credentials are a plus.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit/BIM preferred.
• Deep familiarity with video surveillance, access control and intrusion systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and documentation of electronic security systems for diverse projects.
• Coordinate with IT, AV, BMS and other disciplines to ensure integration.
• Review submittals and ensure design intent and standards compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to design standards and best practices.
• Support client relationships through technical responsiveness.
