Job summary

Faith Group, LLC in Saint Louis, MO, is seeking a Junior Physical Security Analyst to support security consulting projects and grow into a leader in the field. You will assist senior consultants with risk assessments, site surveys, and security design tasks to protect people, facilities, and assets.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements, exposure to CAD/Revit-based design processes, and opportunities for certification and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant security, risk, or technology experience.
• Interest in physical security systems and consulting.
• Basic knowledge of access control, video surveillance, or risk management concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD/Revit familiarity a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk assessments, site surveys, and vulnerability analyses.
• Help design security systems including video surveillance and access control.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Collect and analyze data on incidents, system performance, and compliance.
• Research new security technologies and industry best practices.
• Participate in client meetings, documenting discussions and action items.

Role Specific Introduction

We are looking for a Physical Security Analyst to join our team and grow into a future consulting leader. This is a junior-level position designed for individuals who are passionate about security, risk management, and technology. You will support senior consultants and project managers in assessing risks, designing security systems, and delivering solutions that protect people, facilities, and assets.

This role provides hands‑on exposure to security consulting projects and serves as the starting point toward a Physical Security Consultant career path.

Experience

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles in security, risk, or technology are a plus).
• Strong interest in physical security systems and consulting.
• Basic knowledge of access control, video surveillance, or risk management concepts preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CAD, Revit, or project management tools a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Compensation

• $60,000-$80,000 – depending on education and experience
• 100% employer paid healthcare
• 50% employer paid spouse/domestic partner/dependent healthcare
